But that was before he figured in the $5 million in stolen arms that just landed on his lap, Berman's jealous wife, an insane Turkish drug dealer, and, of course, the resulting lust, betrayal, and murder.

The mad saga revolves around a psychotic Strategic Air Command officer, Gen. Jack D. Ripper, who lets loose his B-52 bomber squadron on the Soviet Union. Ripper takes this unilateral action because of his paranoid belief that Communists are sapping and contaminating "all our precious bodily fluids" as part of their plan to take over the world." Unbeknownst to Ripper, his attack will trigger the Russian's ultimate weapon, the Doomsday Machine, a diabolical retaliatory device set to blow up the planet.

John Rambo is a Veteran of thrown off course Vietnam. He is traveling asking for lift of the city the city to see friends of the war. John Rambo becomes from the prison of his former superior, colonels Samuel Troutman for a top secret operation remotely to bring back held POW'S in Vietnam still. The instruction of Rambo should take only pictures of that where the POWs are held, but Rambo wants to get the POWs from Vietnam. Put together with the female Vietnamese Freiheitskämpfer-Company Bao Rambo undertakes a mission to save the POWs which are held by the sadistic Vietnamese captain Vinh and his Russian companion, lieutenant-colonel Padovsky. Rambo falls in love with the Company Bao, and if Company Bao is killed by captain Vinh, Rambo, revenge wants, he starts killing every enemy by view, while he still concentrates upon his intentions to save the POWs. There are also corrupt American officials who are involved in the mission, including Marshall Murdocks, one of the superiors of Rambo. John Rambo wird vom Gefängnis von seinem ehemaligen Vorgesetzten, Obersten Samuel Troutman für eine streng geheime Operation entfernt, um in Vietnam noch gehaltenen POW'S zurückzubringen. Die Anweisung von Rambo soll nur Bilder dessen nehmen, wo die POWs gehalten werden, aber Rambo will den POWs aus Vietnam bekommen. Zusammengetan mit der weiblichen vietnamesischen Freiheitskämpfer-Company Bao unternimmt Rambo eine Mission, den POWs zu retten, die vom sadistischen vietnamesischen Kapitän Vinh und seinem russischen Kameraden, Oberstleutnant Padovsky gehalten werden. Rambo verliebt sich in die Company Bao, und wenn Company Bao wird von Kapitän Vinh, Rambo getötet, Rache will, so fängt er an, jeden Feind in Sicht zu töten, indem er sich noch auf seine Absichten konzentriert, den POWs zu retten. A set WWII to a Pacific island. The Japanese and the allied forces occupy parts different from the island.
