The veteran of Vietnam John Rambo has survived many horrible ordalías in his life and has moved back since then in an existence simple and isolated in Thailand, where he spends to his snakes of apprehension of time for local actors, and neighbors chauffeuring in his old POINT ship. Even although he hopes to avoid the problem, the problem has a way of finding him: a group of missionaries of Christian human rights, led by Michael Burnett and Sarah Miller, approaches Rambo with the desire to rent his ship to travel upstream to Burma. During more than fifty years, Burma has been a war zone. The Karen's people of the region, which consists in rural and agricultural, have supported the oppressive rule of a brutal way of the military cruel Burmese and have been fighting for the survival every day. After some interior contemplation, Rambo accepts the offer and takes Michael, Sarah, and the rest of the missionaries upstream. When the missionaries finally come to Karen's people, they find the part of an incursion into the Dye of Tee of sadistic Principal Dad and a men's heap of army Burmese. A part of the villagers and missionaries is tortured and brutally murdered, while the Dye and his men support the captive one of the rest. Recounted by his disappearance, the minister responsible for the mission joins a group of mercenaries and entreaties Rambo they transport them with his ship, since he knows his last exact position. Pero Rambo cannot remain: he affiliates to the team where he belongs, to liberate the survivors of the clutches of the Principal Dye in what there can be one of his most mortal missions one day.
